This Thanksgiving, hotel guests and locals alike will be getting into the holiday spirit at the Tiburon Tavern at The Lodge at Tiburon. Tiburon Tavern’s Executive Chef, Jamie Prouten, will be preparing a decadent 3-course meal for guests complete with all the Thanksgiving favorites.
The Thanksgiving feast will begin with butternut squash soup with Asian pear, spiced cream and sage, paired with a glass of Butternut, a California Chardonnay. For the second course, guests will enjoy a roasted Willie Bird turkey with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry chutney, stuffing and gravy, paired with Russian River California’s Enkidu Pinot Noir. And for dessert, guests will enjoy a mouthwatering spiced pumpkin cake with poached seckel pear, pumpkinseed brittle and cinnamon crème anglaise, paired with Piemonte Italy’s Scagliola Primo Bacio.
Thanksgiving supper at the Tiburon Tavern is available starting at $35.00+ per person and $20+ for children 12 and under. The three-course fall wine pairing is available for an additional $15.
