This Mother’s Day, show Mom how much you care by taking her to a festive meal at the Tiburon Tavern at The Lodge at Tiburon! With a focus on cuisine that is both approachable and delicious, the local gastropub is dedicated to using fresh, seasonal ingredients, much of which is locally sourced and grown.
On May 12th, celebrate Mom’s special day by making a reservation to enjoy brunch at Tiburon Tavern. The traditional menu will be available plus freshly baked pastries for the table and beautiful flowers for Mom. The brunch menu features many mouthwatering selections including a breakfast burrito packed with homemade chorizo, eggs, Fiscalini cheddar, sour cream, pico de gallo and avocado; Tiburon Eggs Benedict with clover farm eggs, smoked salmon, red onion, and lemon-leek cream; and French Toast with Panorama Brioche, vanilla bean mascarpone, Asian pears and maple syrup.
Lunchtime items are also available and include smoked salmon with avocado, radish, pickled red onion, lemon oil and grilled Panorama bread; the “Head to Tail” Burger with Stewart Ranch Ground Beef, Fiscalini cheddar, bacon, roasted red onion, and dijon on a Panorama Black-Pepper Potato Roll; and the popular Tiburon Cobb salad with baby iceburg lettuce, Toybox tomato, bacon, avocado, egg, blue cheese, scallion and garden-herb ranch.
